Ministry Pass provides an online resource library for pastors of small churches. They commissioned us to redesign the entire web application from top to bottom.

Goals

Approach

Redesigning the entire application meant we needed a deep understanding of the content. It also meant creating mobile, tablet, and desktop templates for all the major screens.

We employed several techniques to arrive at the final design:

1. Content inventory

2. Wireframes

3. Prototyping

We also provided strategic guidance on pricing the updated offering.

Finally, we believe the product is the deliverable. So we helped guide implementation, working closely with the business and engineering directors to negotiate trade-offs and make updates.
